Marthame's return trip was fine, at least as far as these days are concerned. Both checkpoints were a matter of moments, thankfully - at Hamra, the taxi passed in fifteen minutes. Taxis waiting on the other side, though, were getting the raw end of the deal - they'd been there for four hours already. Kind of like commuter traffic jams, and then kinda not...
