Zababdeh, Palestine.

Thank goodness for a day off. We rested and hung out with one of our friends from the University. We were expecting visitors from the Christian Peacemaker Teams (with whom we've spent time in Hebron). Because of the bombing Wednesday, they were not allowed to pass from Israel into Jalame. The only time we've ever had that experience was during the intensive Israeli incursions into Jenin last Spring. They persisted in their attempts but were unable to get through. Let's hope Marthame can get out on Monday.
