The new view from the balcony lets us know when weather is coming our way.

We have added the sunshine, but have also added the bristling winds. Kind of a zero-sum difference temperature-wise. But now we have a balcony (to enjoy on sunny days...) and a view of the beautiful hills. And now we have the right telephone number. And soon we'll also have hot water and a working television...
