June 27, 2001 — Mudeif Productions

Now we're back in Chicago with three whole days to rest (and finish up a Master's thesis) before heading back to Palestine. Should be enough. Friends from Park Ridge Presbyterian Church got us tickets to Wrigley Field to see the Cubs play, now that they're actually in a pennant race. Sammy Sosa hit two dingers, but it still wasn't enough to win as the Mets came back in the late innings. Lost by one run! We did get some more time with friends and deep-dish Chicago-style pizza - THIS is Chicago!
